愛カレンダー 利用規約

この規約は、Masato Awata(以下「運営者」)が提供する「愛カレンダー」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件です。本アプリを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
1. 有料プラン
- はじめて使う日から2週間は無料で、すべての機能を使えます。
- その後は1年ごとの自動更新です(料金はApp Storeに表示されます)。お支払いはApple IDに請求され、期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しないかぎり、自動で更新されます。
- 解約は、iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。途中で解約しても、残りの期間の返金はありません(Appleの定めによります)。
- 有料プランが切れても、自分のカレンダーと予定は引き続き作成・閲覧できます。共有(愛する人のカレンダーを見る・自分のカレンダーを見せる)は止まります。共有の設定と予定は残り、再び購入すると元に戻ります。
2. 禁止すること
- 他人になりすますこと、他人のIDやパスコードを使うこと
- 嫌がらせ、しつこい申請、差別的・わいせつ・暴力的な内容の登録
- 法令や公序良俗に反すること、他人の権利を侵害すること
- 本アプリやサーバーに負担をかける行為、不正なアクセス、機械による大量の登録
これらに当たると運営者が判断した場合、予告なく利用を止めたり、データを削除したりすることがあります。
3. 利用者の責任
IDとパスコードは利用者が管理してください。だれにカレンダーを共有するかは利用者が決め、その結果について責任を持つものとします。
4. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、本アプリの内容を変えたり、提供を止めたりすることがあります。提供を終えるときは、事前にアプリまたはこのページでお知らせし、データを書き出せる期間を設けます。
5. 免責
運営者は、本アプリが常に止まらず正しく動くことを保証するものではありません。予定の見落としなどで生じた損害について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。大切な予定は、アプリの「バックアップ」でも保存してください。
6. 準拠法・裁判所
この規約は日本の法律に従います。争いが生じたときは、運営者の住所地を受け持つ地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)
Subscription: free for the first 2 weeks, then an auto-renewing yearly subscription (price shown in the App Store), charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. When the subscription ends you can still create and view your own calendars; sharing stops, and is restored when you subscribe again.
Prohibited: impersonation, harassment or repeated unwanted requests, illegal, obscene, violent or discriminatory content, abuse of the service or automated sign-ups. We may suspend accounts or delete data that violate these terms.
Your responsibility: keep your ID and passcode safe, and decide carefully whom you share calendars with.
Changes and disclaimer: we may change or end the service with prior notice and a period to export your data. The App is provided as is; except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages such as missed events. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
