愛カレンダー プライバシーポリシー

「愛カレンダー」(以下「本アプリ」)を提供するMasato Awata(以下「運営者」)は、利用者の情報を次のとおり扱います。
1. 集める情報
- ログインのためのID(利用者が決める英数字)と、パスコードから作る暗号(パスコードそのものは運営者にも見えません)
- 表示名(お名前)
- 利用者が作ったカレンダーと予定(名前・日時・メモなど)
- 「愛」のつながり(だれとだれが結ばれているか)、愛コード、愛の申請、グループ分け、共有の設定
- ブロックの記録、通報・お問い合わせで利用者が送った内容
- 有料プランの購入状況(購入手続きはAppleが行い、運営者はカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取りません)
壁紙の写真、表示の設定、起動時ロックの設定は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存し、運営者のサーバーには送りません。
2. 使いみち
- カレンダーの表示・保存・共有のため
- 不正な利用の防止、通報への対応、お問い合わせへの返答のため
- 有料プランの利用状況を確かめるため
広告の表示、行動の追跡(トラッキング)、第三者への販売には使いません。
3. 見える範囲
カレンダーを共有された人に見えるのは、そのカレンダーの名前・予定と、作った人(オーナー)の表示名だけです。ほかにだれが共有されているか、何人かは見えません。この決まりはサーバー側でも守っています。
4. 保存場所と外部サービス
- データは Google LLC の Firebase(Cloud Firestore・Firebase Authentication、東京リージョン)に保存します。
- 日本以外の祝日を表示するとき、国と年だけを Nager.Date(date.nager.at)に問い合わせます。利用者を特定する情報は送りません。
- Googleカレンダーからの取り込みは、利用者が選んだファイルを端末の中で読み取り、必要な予定だけを保存します。
5. 削除
アプリの「設定」→「アカウントを削除する」から、いつでもアカウントと関連するデータ(自分のカレンダー・予定・愛のつながり・愛コード・設定)を削除できます。削除したデータは元に戻せません。共有先のカレンダーに利用者が書いた予定は、そのカレンダーの持ち主のデータとして残ります。
6. 子どもの利用
13歳未満の方は、保護者の同意のうえでご利用ください。
7. 変更
このポリシーを変えるときは、アプリまたはこのページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
Effective: October 1, 2026. "Loved Ones Calendar" (the App) is provided by Masato Awata (the Operator).
Data we collect: your login ID and a hash derived from your passcode (the passcode itself is never visible to us); display name; calendars and events you create; your "love" connections, codes, requests, groups and sharing settings; block records, and the content of reports and inquiries you send; subscription status (purchases are processed by Apple; we never receive card details). Wallpapers, display settings and the app lock stay on your device only.
How we use it: to display, store and share your calendars; to prevent abuse and handle reports and inquiries; to check your subscription. We do not show ads, track you, or sell your data.
Who can see what: people you share a calendar with see only that calendar, its events and the owner's display name. They cannot see who else it is shared with or how many people. This is enforced on the server.
Storage and third parties: data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore / Authentication, Tokyo region). For holidays outside Japan, only the country and year are requested from Nager.Date (date.nager.at).
Deletion: Settings → "Delete account" deletes your account and related data at any time. This cannot be undone.
Children: users under 13 should use the App with parental consent.
